REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Policy Information
Due to our process in creating a custom design just for you, we do not offer refunds once product has been approved and started. Any changes can be made during the process but would be limited, and would be discussed. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds or exchanges once product is complete.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
This is your Warranty Disclaimer section.
Our part is over, and now it's your turn to keep it beautiful! The glue that holds the sparkles in place is very strong, but we do advice that you take precautions to maintain that strength.
Please hand-wash with warm water and soap, and never put it in the freezer! Although it's dishwasher safe, we don't recommend it. If you ordered a tumbler: it is now stronger than it was without the crystals, and it should not crack or shatter when dropped, but again let's not tempt fate!
Please try to keep it away from edges of surfaces, to prevent it from falling.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY
As customization takes a great deal of time once product is approved by buyer,
most orders take 6-8 weeks for completion.
Once the product is completed ,
we ship through UPS and your package will be shipped ground,
unless otherwise directed and purchased.
